REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Golden Harvest Cannabis Co., we strive to provide high-quality cannabis products to our customers. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. This policy outlines the conditions under which exchanges, returns, or order cancellations are accepted. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Exchanges

Exchanges are available under the following circumstances, provided you have the receipt (either original or email copy) and the item is unused and in its original packaging:

  • Defective Products Out of the Box: If a product is unused and found to be defective out of the box, and no resolution or fix is available, Golden Harvest Cannabis Co. will exchange it for the same non-defective item.
  • Used Products with Manufacturer Warranty: If a product has been used and is not working but is covered under a manufacturer warranty, Golden Harvest Cannabis Co. will refer you to the appropriate manufacturer to complete the replacement process. Not all Cannabis products will qualify for this type of service.
  • Cannabis Products with Missing Excise Stamp: If you purchase a cannabis product that is missing the required excise stamp, you are eligible for an exchange.
  • Damaged Packaging: If a cannabis product has damaged packaging upon receipt, an exchange can be made.

Note: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in the same condition as when received, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of cannabis products and Ontario regulations, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds except in the cases outlined in the Exchange Policy above.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before Fulfillment: Online orders can be canceled before they are fulfilled by contacting our store.
  • After Fulfillment: Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Exemptions and Limitations

The following products are exempt from exchanges, returns, or cancellations:

  • Products that have been used (unless covered by manufacturer warranty).
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Any item purchased more than 14 days ago.
  • Used Cannabis accessories

5. Time Frame

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange or cancellation.

6. Proof of Purchase

A receipt (original or email copy) is required for all exchanges and cancellations.
